WorldPulse Community Guidelines

WorldPulse is built for informed, constructive connection. These Community Guidelines apply to profiles, posts, blogs, comments, messages, clubs, meetings, live broadcasts, usernames, images, and every other part of the Service.
Be respectful and safe
Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, shame, or encourage others to target a person. Do not promote hatred or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, age, or another protected characteristic.
Credible threats, encouragement of violence, glorification of violent extremist organizations, and content that creates an immediate safety risk are prohibited.
Protect children and vulnerable people
Sexual exploitation or endangerment of a child is strictly prohibited, including grooming, sexualized content, requests for sexual material, or sharing intimate imagery involving a minor. We may report apparent exploitation or imminent danger to appropriate authorities.
Adults must not use WorldPulse to pursue exploitative, romantic, or sexual interactions with minors; request a minor's live location, private contact information, intimate imagery, gifts, secrecy, or off-platform communication for an inappropriate purpose; or misrepresent their age to access a Teen Account. Users must not help a minor evade age gates, communication limits, parental controls, or other safety protections.
Do not exploit, coerce, or manipulate vulnerable people.
Report an account that appears to belong to a person under 13 or appears to be using the wrong age band. Do not make knowingly false age reports. WorldPulse may temporarily restrict a challenged account while reviewing the report and may require reasonable age evidence before restoring or changing access.
No sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content
Do not post or solicit non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, unwanted sexual content, or content promoting commercial sexual services or trafficking. Adult nudity and explicit sexual content are not permitted in WorldPulse 1.0.
Respect privacy
Do not share private or sensitive information without authorization, including home addresses, private phone numbers, personal email addresses, financial credentials, government identifiers, medical records, live location, or private communications. Do not record or livestream people in private settings without permission.
Be authentic
Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, coordinate fake engagement, or deceptively alter content in a way likely to cause material harm. Parody must be clear.
No scams, spam, or manipulation
Do not distribute scams, phishing, malware, pyramid schemes, fraudulent fundraising, repetitive unsolicited promotions, or deceptive links. Do not buy, sell, or artificially manipulate accounts or engagement.
Do not post a fake, misleading, or unauthorized job listing; impersonate an employer or recruiter; charge an applicant to apply; ask an applicant to send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking credentials, or unnecessary identity documents; or use a job opportunity to harvest personal information. Job seekers should verify a role on the employer's official website before applying or sharing personal information.
Do not bypass safeguards
Do not bypass or attempt to bypass age gates, parental controls, content or safety controls, blocks, bans, moderation actions, subscription entitlements, authentication, rate limits, geographic restrictions, or other technical access controls. This includes using false age or guardian information, replacement accounts, altered requests, automation, or another person to evade a restriction.
Do not probe, scan, test, exploit, or disclose a vulnerability without prior written authorization, or access accounts, systems, or data without permission. Report suspected security issues to Business@alnilamtechnologies.com and do not use a suspected vulnerability to view, change, copy, or expose data.
Follow the law
Do not use WorldPulse to plan, promote, request, or facilitate illegal activity; sell regulated or illegal goods; evade sanctions; or interfere with investigations. Lawful discussion and reporting about difficult topics is allowed when it does not facilitate harm.
Respect intellectual property
Post only content you created or are authorized to use. Attribute third-party material when required. Do not livestream or upload movies, television, music, sports broadcasts, articles, or other protected works without permission or a valid legal basis.
Special care for live broadcasts
Live broadcasts can create immediate harm. Broadcasters must:
- obtain permission from people recorded where required;
- avoid exposing private locations or identifying details;
- stop broadcasting if doing so would interfere with emergency responders;
- avoid graphic injury, violence, sexual content, or dangerous challenges; and
- follow venue rules and applicable law.
WorldPulse may end a broadcast without advance warning when necessary for safety or compliance.
Health, elections, finance, and other sensitive topics
Users may discuss personal experience and public issues, but may not impersonate professionals, fabricate official notices, or knowingly use false information to cause foreseeable harm. Clearly distinguish personal opinion from professional or official guidance.
Reporting and blocking
Use the in-app Report control for content or conduct that may violate these Guidelines. Use Block to stop seeing or receiving interactions from an abusive account. For an urgent threat, contact local emergency services; reporting in WorldPulse is not an emergency response.
Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Abusing reporting tools to harass others may itself violate these Guidelines.
Enforcement
Depending on context, severity, history, and risk, WorldPulse may reduce distribution, label, hide, restore, or remove content; end a broadcast; issue a warning; restrict features; challenge an account's age classification; suspend or ban an account; investigate; preserve evidence; seek available civil remedies; or notify authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service. Authorized administrators may moderate feed content and WorldPulse may retain an audit history of those actions.
Attempts to defeat safeguards may also violate civil or criminal law. WorldPulse may refer suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement or other authorities. Government authorities—not WorldPulse—decide whether to investigate, charge, or prosecute a person.
Context matters. News reporting, documentary material, counterspeech, education, or public-interest discussion may be allowed when presented responsibly and without facilitating harm.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was a mistake, contact Business@alnilamtechnologies.com with your account handle, the content or report identifier, and a short explanation. We will review the appeal and may request additional information. An appeal does not guarantee reversal of the decision.
